Your data stays on your Mac whenever you're using features designed for local processing. Oravo performs supported transcription and processing directly on your device whenever the selected feature operates locally.

When you choose a feature that uses an external AI or other third-party provider, information needed to complete your request — which for Oravo's current AI features means the transcribed text and prompt, not your recording — may be transmitted to the provider you select. Oravo only connects to external AI providers when required by the features and providers you choose to use. Third-party services process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
