Who processes your payment
Purchases of Oravo Pro and Oravo Lifetime are processed by Lemon Squeezy acting as merchant of record. That means Lemon Squeezy — not Oosan Studios, LLC — is the seller on the transaction, handles payment processing, and is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax or VAT.
Your receipt, invoices, and card statement will show Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, back to the original payment method.
Our refund position
Oravo does not operate a fixed general refund window. That is deliberate, and it works because you can evaluate the product thoroughly before paying anything:
- On-device dictation is free forever and never requires a licence or an account.
- Pro includes a free trial, so the paid AI features can be tried before you buy.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically refund a charge that has already been made, and you keep Pro access through the end of the period you have already paid for.
When we do issue refunds
If something has genuinely gone wrong, email us and we will sort it out. Cases we refund include:
- Oravo doesn't work on your Mac and we can't fix it for you.
- You were charged twice, or charged after cancelling.
- You bought the wrong plan, or bought by mistake.
Email hello@oravo.app with the email address you used at checkout. A refund request made directly to Lemon Squeezy will also reach us.
Statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law of your country or state. Where such rights apply, they take precedence over the policy described here.
Lifetime purchases
Oravo Lifetime is a one-time payment rather than a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. It includes eligible Oravo updates released for your licence while Oravo remains supported, subject to the Oravo Terms of Service. Refund requests for Lifetime follow the same route as above.
